Once an order is placed, The customer shall receive a confirmation mail on the registered Email ID with a copy of the invoice. The Product shall be packed and delivered to the registered postal address. The delivery shall be provided only within select PIN codes (Bengaluru only) through renowned and trusted courier partners.

For the academic year 2024-25,
Deliveries for the products booked before March 30th 2025 will start from May 1st and shall be completed before May 15th.
The products booked from April 1st to 20th shall be delivered within May 31st.

The site shall remain closed from April 30th to May 15th, the orders booked from may 15th to June 1st shall be delivered between June 15 and June 30th.

Delivery Charges

• An amount of INR 50 will be charged for orders valued within INR 500.
• An amount of INR 100 will be charged for orders valued from INR 500 – INR 1000.
• An amount of INR 150 will be charged for orders valued form INR 1500 – INR 2000.
• An amount of INR 200 will be charged for all orders valued above INR 2000.

• Any short shipment or exchange should be informed within 10 days of receiving the goods through the Contact us tab in Website or WhatsApp – +91 96333 31022. Any claims over this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Exchange shall be processed if the delivered product is different from the ordered product.
• Exchange shall be processed if the delivered product size is different to the ordered size.
• Exchange shall be processed if the delivered product had a defect.
• Exchange will process only if, the goods returned is in its original condition with original packing tags and trims.
• Products worn, washed or soiled shall not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

For initiating an exchange, the customer has to raise a request through the contact us section in the website or through WhatsApp or Email within 10 days of product delivery, On approval of the request the defective product need to be couriered to our facility in Bengaluru.

The replacement shall be dispatched once the return is received.
